Fantastic Food Search is where it all started. With a combined 40 years of working, living and eating in Southeast Asia, we’ve set out to document and share the most exceptional dishes, stalls, restaurants and markets in the region. We do this with help from locally-based cooks, writers, guides and artists – people who speak the languages and know the food.
On our food adventures we’re constantly coming across beautiful, unique and mostly handmade cooking tools, kitchen workwear and other items. Outstanding Market Goods is our effort to bring these products to you.
Our goods come from direct collaborations with small-scale artisans, producers and makers. In some cases, we’re simply offering perfect and unique products you might not otherwise be aware of or have access to, while in other cases, we’ve adapted and/or reimagined traditional items.
